But there's something of SUBSTANCE there.

When I feel that all I'm getting from the newspaper is hot air, and no actualy info, why should I pay anything? At that point, it's sort of entertainment, mental masturbation--and I can get that from anywhere.Talley Suehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/09362055098735800484noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-6990915.post-54648676635046145942010-03-10T10:46:17.239-05:002010-03-10T10:46:17.239-05:00I read an article saying that in the last 30 years...I read an article saying that in the last 30 years, the percentage of their incomes Americans are spending on basics has increased tremendously. One of the big reasons is that we're paying so much for TV and phone.Grammarian@mindspring.comhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/15579194551324905130noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-6990915.post-89542219532229578032010-03-10T09:31:54.814-05:002010-03-10T09:31:54.814-05:00God: Remember this?

Besi...I would never pay to read a newspaper online. Besides, they're always so studded with dancing monkeys and distracting popups -- who would pay for that? I'll watch the evening news, thank you very much.

I WOULD pay a monthly fee for, perhaps a recipe database such as Cook's Illustrated.
