Another terrible situation in this country ... food safety. The CDC estimates that there are about 40 infections out there for each confirmed infection. So we're really looking at ~25,000 people sick from peanut butter. Mostly children and the frail.

I foresee a lot more irradiated, x-rayed, and gassed foods.
