Amazon.com has been surprisingly unerring in its recommendations. I rate items--books, CDs, and DVDs, mostly--after I buy them, and based on this information, the site suggests other things I might like.
Which is why I was unnerved today to find the HeartStart Defibrillator prominently featured on my welcome page.
What does Amazon know that it's not telling me???
