Beware of cancelling Optimum Online. The free modem they "gave" you when you signed up is not yours! Mine stopped working 4 years into the service and I had to buy a new one. They're trying to charge me $100 for a broken modem that's 8 years old. They also failed to tell me that I could've gotten faster service for $10 a month less.
Cablevision sucks!
