I saw her on Larry King last night, and I said it would have really livened things up if they had chosen Judge Judy. My grandpa would have been thrilled.

I got to admit, while hashing over the thought of Harriet Miers as a justice, I played her in my mind against a backdrop of Judge Judy. I just couldn't see Harriet dishing it like Judy.
