Do men have a certain touch?
He was in the obedience class to which we took Freddie. The Wheaten's previous owners were borderline abusive. I have the feeling the father of the family gave him a particularly hard time.
Dogs can definitely tell men from women. I think the dog saw any man approach and immediately did the most submissive thing he could do. (Dogs will do the same when confronted by an alpha male.)
