I think the one where you went on and on about how great the Cajunomics blog was should probably rate as your best....
but since I retired it, I don't know....
It's pretty hard to isolate one post for TVB, because you specialize in "drive-by humor," those lightening quick shots that hit you out of nowhere. I think your best running gag is the sock monkey bit, but picking one post is tough.
I may have to go back and review the year's posts.
Hey--where's the one with the fake ideas for sitcoms, with one real one stuck in?
Jay: Did you move to Miami? Because that's where StatCounter shows your hits as originating from.
God: The original reality-show quiz was from 2006, so it doesn't count.
Sock puppets are your biggest conceit, and deservedly so. That said, can't you submit for a "year's achievement award?" If that won't get it, how about, "best changing subtitle?"
The sock monkeys are good (and unique), but your "handy visual guides" are posts that I look forward to.

My favorites (or at least the ones that stick in my head) are your reviews of pretentious reviews.

I first sent in this month's snarkery on the Times' perfume reviews. Then God Is My Codependent persuaded me that the series finale post would be better, so I sent that, too.
