I use statcounter; free and never had any problems with them.
I'm also using StatCounter. They're good. And free.
Thanks--I'll give that a try.
Jim, I've also been having problems with sitemeter. But it looks like they were working on an overhaul. The site loads faster now and there's a new interface.

Well, I may know somebody who knows somebody who knows somebody. I'm just sayin'.
I'll have to try statcounter too. I switched from sitemeter to bravenet, and I hate it, but refuse to go back to sitemeter.
