Bill is such a schlub. His almost Jim-Carrey-ish mugging and squirming is almost beyond belief, but the idea of "talking" the part is so misguided that you wonder how many quarts of vodka the producers drank before they came up with this idea.
He and they should be lined up a against a wall and have their toupées removed.
