Well, I thought the huge bush in my yard was a French lilac, but now that I've looked it up online, I'm not so sure. The flower looks a little different. Anyway, it's pretty and smells wonderful.
No, I don't know what the title of this post means, either.

That looks like the lilacs in my mom's back yard. What's the difference between French lilacs and regular lilacs?
The French lilac smokes heavily and pretends not to understand when you show off your high school language skills.
Gorgeous! I refuse to toss the dying lilacs in my office, as they are still intermittently fragrant.
Oh, my--now I'm homesick. Though the lilac bush on the other side of the property line has been torn down.
we're moving to a new co-op; I wonder if they'll let me plant a lilac bush...
