Boy, standards have really fallen at the New York Times

Apparently, you can now use the word "momofuku" in a daily newspaper.

momofuku...
One great word.

Jim, wanted to tell you, I recently bought some Seven Stars yogurt and it was downright cheeselike. So different from the chalkier alternatives. And I found some Butterworks! I'll let you know.

Speaking of noodles . . . ever see Tampopo?

They allowed "momofuku" but changed "damned" to "darned." An irate letter to the editor seems in order.
